Removal of biofilm and bacteria- laden food debris as a preventative. This treatment can include plaque detection and the removal of plaque and tartar in the upper and lower levels of the gum line.  Also application of caries-preventing agents, checking for signs of food impaction and the checking of restorations and prostheses.

This initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also take x-rays, which include the panoramic x-ray ( for diagnosing the health of all the teeth, the surrounding bone and both upper and lower jaws.) and bitewing x-rays (for diagnosing caities between teeth)

Note: Sometimes further x-rays may be required to help with the diagnosis process.

Our state-of-the-art, in-office ZOOM! Bleaching system will make your teeth whiter in less than 1.5 hours. Another option is our home bleaching system.  Results are the same as ZOOM!  but will need to wear bleaching trays daily for approximately 2 weeks. 

Finally, for people who are on-the-go, the ZOOM!  Bleaching pen is a great option.  Tucks away in your purse or pocket.  Whenever you need it, you know its right there and ready to use!  You can also consider a combination program of both systems for optimal, long-term results.
