Yes, Any questions regarding finances should be directed to the office manager. We accept cash, credit cards, and dental insurance. Please feel free to frankly discuss your concerns about our fees, treatment or financial arrangements. Our office is always receptive to suggestions which might be useful in improving our services to you.
If you have been seen by another Dentist in the past 12 months we will need get a copy of the most recent x-rays that they have on you and bring them to your first appointment here with us. You will not need any of there exam sheet or other information. We will take care of all that.
Dr. Mak is very gentle with the children that we see in our office. He is very patient and understanding of there needs. The kids at Brandt Pike Dental Care really enjoy coming back to see him for there 6 month check-ups.
I child should be seen for there first visit around age 2. At this time Dr. Mak would just take a quick look to make sure he doesn’t see any possible problems. After that your child your return to our office every 6 months for an exam and cleaning.
